Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Check-in time is 2pm.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 8pm and we will make arrangements for you to collect the key.

Q: Do you have off street parking?
A: Yes, there is ample off street parking.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at the Old Willyama Motor Inn are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, Pickwicks Restaurant is Open from Mon-Sat from 6pm. We also have a bar in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, Breakfast Room Service is available 7 days and Dinner Room Service is available Mon-Sat from 6pm.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a beer garden,  BBQ area and seasonal pool.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minutes walk to CBD shopping precinct and 1.9km, 4 minute drive to The Village Shopping Centre and 2.3km, 5 minute drive to Centro Westside Plaza Shopping Centre.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: The Old Willyama Motor Inn has a Licenced Restaurant and Bar. We are also within 2-5 minutes walk to a number of restaurants and fast food outlets.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given, a charge of the full first night's accommodation will apply.

Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: Leave a credit card number when making your booking. You will be required to pay for your accommodation on arrival and a valid credit card and photo ID will be required on check in.
